Thanks to the support of the Lazio Region through the Lazio ERDF Programme for Internationalisation*, EnGreen had the opportunity to participate in several events of international relevance in the renewable energy sector. The initiative, part of the SME Internationalisation Voucher, was instrumental in enabling small and medium-sized companies in Lazio such as EnGreen to promote their innovations and broaden their horizons in foreign markets.
The main events in which EnGreen took part this year were:
- EU PVSEC 2024 (Vienna, 23-25 September 2024): EnGreen presented its latest research in the field of advanced photovoltaic technologies. During the event, EnGreen took part in high-level technical sessions with global experts in the field.
- GOGLA Forum (Nairobi, 8-10 October 2024): This event provided an important opportunity to dialogue with international and African actors on the topics of sustainable energy access and off-grid solutions.
- Key Energy 2024 (Rimini, 28 February – 1 March 2024): EnGreen was present at Italy’s leading trade fair dedicated to renewable energy, consolidating its presence in the national market and presenting innovative solutions for a more sustainable future.
- Enlit Europe (Milan, 22-24 November 2024): The event was a meeting point to discuss the challenges and opportunities of the energy transition, with a special focus on digitisation and energy communities.
Lazio Innova’s support was an essential element in the success of these initiatives, demonstrating the importance of regional policies aimed at promoting the internationalisation of SMEs. Thanks to this programme, EnGreen was able to strengthen its presence in global contexts, confirming its commitment to energy innovation and sustainability:
- Expansion of international networks: Participation in the events has enabled it to forge collaborations with key players on the global energy scene, creating opportunities for strategic partnerships.
- Exploiting technological innovations: EnG reen presented its advanced solutions in the field of renewable energy and energy sharing, attracting the interest of stakeholders and potential investors.
- Access to new markets: Interaction with international entities opened up prospects for expansion into emerging markets.
- Knowledge sharing: Participation in workshops and conferences fostered mutual enrichment by exchanging ideas with experts in the field.
