The project, developed by the humanitarian organization HELPCODE and co-funded by the Italian Cooperation and Development Agency (AICS), aims at improving the capacity of 4 primary health centers in providing adequate health and protective services, in Ghat and Wadi Al Hayat districts in Fezzan, ensuring integrated user care and strengthening the resilience capacities of the most vulnerable groups.
EnGreen has provided technical assistance to HELPCODE within the framework of the SHAM project, with a focus on the technical specifications for the tender dossier for the rehabilitation of the health facilities, as well as on the technical budget, procurement and contracting procedures.
