The study, promoted by <a href=\"https:\/\/res4africa.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>RES4Africa Foundation<\/strong><\/a> and co-funded by <strong>GIZ<\/strong>, is part of a broader RES4Africa&#8217;s Project aiming to contribute in anchoring the WEF nexus approach in policy making, investment decisions and strengthen capacities of local actors by supporting the creation of an enabling environment for scaling up WEF nexus.<br \/>\nThe research was focused on <strong>3 key Agri-Solar project types<\/strong>: <em>Solar Irrigation, Agrivoltaic and Productive Use of Energy in Agribusiness (Agri-PUE)<\/em>.<br \/>\nResults has provided a <strong>Baseline Assessment for the Agri-Solar sector<\/strong>, followed by both a preliminary and full assessment of the most promising applications, up to full business model design and business plans of selected applications.<br \/>\nThis study provided the basis for the GIZ\/RES4Africa <a title=\"References\" href=\"https:\/\/engreen.world\/en\/references\/\">pubblication<\/a> &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/res4africa.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/Res4Africa-WEF_Business-Models-WEBVER.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><em><strong>Designing innovative solutions for the Water-Energy-Food nexus.<\/strong><\/em><\/a>&#8221; <em>Gambino V., et al.
