primary health centers<\/strong> in providing adequate health and protective services, in Ghat and Wadi Al Hayat districts in Fezzan, ensuring integrated user care and strengthening the resilience capacities of the most vulnerable groups.<\/p>\n<p><strong>EnGreen<\/strong> has provided <a title=\"Services\" href=\"https:\/\/engreen.world\/en\/services-sustainable-development-project\/\"><strong>technical assistance<\/strong><\/a> to HELPCODE within the <strong>framework of the SHAM project<\/strong>, with a focus on the<strong> technical specifications for the tender dossier<\/strong> for the rehabilitation of the health facilities, as well as on the technical budget, procurement and contracting
