Position: Internship – Energy Engineering

Description
Engreen offers an internship position within the Technical Operations Department.
The selected candidate will support the Project Manager and the Chief Operating Officer in the development and management of projects related to grid-connected and off-grid photovoltaic systems and will be involved in the preparation of technical drawings and research activities.

The selected candidate will also take part in the design of project proposals, budget analysis and business plans, feasibility studies, engineering activities, and financial modeling.

The intern will be assigned a variety of tasks on a rotational basis, with projects focused on sustainable energy and rural electrification, including renewable energy, energy efficiency, mini-grids, and energy access. In the initial phase, the main activity will focus on the Renewable Energy Community (REC) of the municipalities in the Valsesia area.

Candidate requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Energy Engineering, Management Engineering, or related fields
  • General experience in the renewable energy sector and in international development cooperation is considered an asset
  • Fluent Italian (native level) and at least a good command of English
  • Strong interest in sustainable energy; motivation and long-term willingness to travel internationally

Work location: Remote – smart working, with at least monthly national travel and possible field missions at national or international level.
