A structured commitment, officially certified
Engreen has adopted a Gender Equality Management System in compliance with the UNI/PdR 125:2022 standard, certified by RINA Services S.p.A.
This certification formally recognises that gender equality at Engreen is governed through defined processes, responsibilities, and monitoring mechanisms — not declarations of intent.
It applies to our activities related to strategic planning, execution, management, and monitoring of renewable energy projects, including solar, wind, and other clean energy systems, across our certified operational units.
What the certification covers
The UNI/PdR 125:2022 framework assesses how organisations integrate gender equality into their governance and daily operations.
For Engreen, this means adopting concrete measures that address:
- organisational culture and decision-making processes
- project management and operational responsibilities
- professional development, roles, and career progression
- internal procedures supporting fairness and equal opportunities
Gender equality is therefore embedded in how we work, not treated as a separate policy.
A management system under continuous review
This certification confirms that Engreen operates under a formal, auditable management system, subject to:
- periodic surveillance audits (annual or semi-annual)
- a full system review every three years
- ongoing compliance with RINA’s General Rules for the Certification of Management Systems
The validity of the certificate depends on maintaining these standards over time, ensuring consistency and accountability in our organisational practices.
