Duties and responsibilities
The CGO will report to the CEO and will mainly have the following tasks and responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a marketing strategy integrated with the medium-term growth plan.
- Monitor and analyse new market trends and stakeholders for the purpose of pursuing the company strategy.
- Develop the marketing plan according to the budget and allocated resources.

Junior Energy Engineer - Sept. 2024
EnGreen offers a Junior Energy Engineer position in its Technical Operations department.
The selected candidate will be in charge of supporting the Project Manager and the Chief Operating Officer in the development and management of projects related to grid-connected and off-grid Photovoltaic Plants and will be involved in the preparation of technical drawings and in research activities in Italy and abroad. The selected candidate will also be involved in the design of project proposals, budget and business plan analysis, feasibility studies, engineering and financial models.
The cross-training resource will be assigned different tasks on a rotational basis. The nature of the projects will be related to sustainable energy and rural electrification, including renewable energy, energy efficiency, mini-grids and energy access.
